When Asbury Partners worked closely with the Mayor and City Council to introduce the Asbury Park Waterfront Redevelopment Plan in 2002, we shared our vision for what Asbury Park could become. Today, an unprecedented cooperation involving local and state government, the development community, and countless individuals and organizations, is making that vision a reality as Oceanfront Asbury.

On the residential front, three highly talented and experienced companies have come together to spearhead the initial phase of construction. Paramount Homes, Westminster Communities and Metro Homes represent the finest developers in New Jersey. As Oceanfront Asbury subdevelopers, they have planned distinctive communities that will introduce a variety of options for potential buyers.
