SOSH Architects is assisting
in the development of a theme for the overall retail component of
Oceanfront Asbury, focusing on the musical history of Asbury Park
and the Jersey Shore. Established in 1980, the firm has built a solid
reputation in the gaming, entertainment and hospitality industries.
The firm’s
clients include such notable names as Disney Regional Entertainment,
the Trump Organization, Park Place Gaming Corporation, Hilton Hotels,
Tropicana Casino Resorts and the Isle of Capri Casinos. Nory Hazaveh,
partner, is serving as partner-in-charge of the Oceanfront Asbury
Project, with Paul Bellisario as senior associate-in-charge and Debra
Cole as director of client services.

initiative. |

Dr. Guy McCombs for 16 years
headed Third Power-Market Development, a communication firm specializing
in urban affairs and public policy issues. He has been involved with
community relations efforts for such notable organizations as the
NJ Performing Arts Center in Newark, the Camden Housing Authority,
the Plainfield Municipal Utilities Authority and the East Orange
Board of Education, to name a few. |
