John Clarke , FAIA, Oceanfront Asbury’s chief planner/urban designer, is a founding partner of Clarke Caton
Hintz, one of the most experienced urban redevelopment firms in New
Jersey. With an interdisciplinary staff of 25 professionals, Clarke
Caton Hintz has demonstrated expertise to plan, design and implement
highly innovative projects for New Jersey’s major cities. For the Capital City of Trenton, Clarke designed and implemented the Capital Center Redevelopment Plan, the Roebling Complex, the Mill Hill Historic Neighborhood Plan, and the district master plan for the Abbott Public Schools in Trenton. Other projects have included redevelopment plans for the cities of Newark, Bayonne, Paterson, Jersey City and Passaic. Acclaimed for his sports facilities, Clarke designed the Waterfront Park Baseball Stadium in Trenton, the Somerset Ballpark in Bridgewater and the Campbell’s

Principal engineering consultant, Ralph Orlando, P.E.
of Schoor DePalma Engineers and Design Professionals, brings more
than 30 years of experience in site engineering design and management.
Orlando’s extensive experience includes large-scale residential,
commercial office complexes, industrial, educational and healthcare
facilities. Among the firm’s most notable recent projects are
the Atlantic City Brigantine Connector (perhaps better known as “The
Tunnel”) and the Roebling Complex in Mercer County.
